Affectionately known as “Dr. Wright”, Dr. Gloria Wright is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 13 years of experience in mental health care and nursing education. She earned her BSN from Arkansas State University and went on to obtain both her MSN and DNP in family psychiatry and mental health nursing from the University of South Alabama.
Her dedication to education is evident through her roles as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, preceptor to countless graduate healthcare students, and mentor to emerging professionals. Dr. Wright also leads multiple professional organizations including:

Her leadership and vision led to the founding of Pinnacle Career Center, designed to help a diverse population build brighter futures through accessible, career-focused education.
Ms. Garza brings 28 years of nursing experience and over a decade of administrative leadership in education. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Education from Kaplan University, a BSN (Cum Laude) from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio, and multiple associate degrees across nursing and liberal arts fields.
A lifelong learner and passionate mentor, she is currently pursuing her FNP from Purdue University and planning to continue toward her Doctorate in Nursing Education. Throughout her career, she has proudly graduated over 1,000 successful students, many of whom have gone on to thrive in healthcare careers. Her hands-on teaching style, dedication to mentorship, and student-first mindset continue to shape the mission and values of Pinnacle Career Center.
With 15 years of nursing experience, Mr. Mendez is a vital part of the Pinnacle Career Center team. He graduated from Kaplan College’s Vocational Nursing Program and has worked extensively in assisted living, rehabilitation, and long-term care. His professional journey also includes service in the USAF as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Technician and Mechanical Instructor, where he cultivated his talent for teaching and leadership.
Marcel is deeply committed to student growth and believes in the power of knowledge-sharing to “pay it forward.” Outside of the classroom, he enjoys gardening and nature photography.
In addition to her media career, Henrietta is also a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) and serves as a Clinical Liaison for Nightingale Hospice, where she advocates for Seniors.
Beyond the spotlight, Henrietta has dedicated her time to advocating for women, youth, and underserved communities. She has worked with The Alpha Home, Pathways Youth, Eva’s Heroes, La Prensa Texas and LULAC
A proud San Antonio native, Henrietta continues to inspire and be the voice in the community.

Henrietta Hernandez is a dynamic media professional, community advocate, best known for her vibrant presence on San Antonio’s airwaves and her dedication to uplifting others through entertainment and mentorship. With over 25 years of experience in radio and television. Henrietta’s creative passion and people-first approach have made her a beloved figure in the community.
Her career highlights include hosting top-rated radio shows on iconic stations like KTFM 102.7. Cox Radio’s 106.7 JAMZ, and Power 106 Los Angeles. Known to listeners as “Hot Henrietta,” she earned consistent high ratings among women with the Noontime Workout.
Today, Henrietta continues to give back as a freelance contributor to La Prensa, she is founder of the podcast Café y Canciones, and an active public speaker, inspiring audiences across Texas.
